  1. How long does it take for delivery?

  2. All Ergo Baby carriers are shipped from our warehouse in Kentucky, generally the next business day after your order is placed. We are currently shipping our packages priority mail with the United States Postal Service.

  3. What sort of guarantee and warranty do The Ergo Baby Carrier have?

  4. First, there is a 90 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you can return the carrier within 90 days - no questions asked. All you pay is the return shipping (we refund the purchase price).

    The Ergo Baby Carrier, LLC warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship. The manufacturer stands behind all its products and will either repair or replace, free of charge, any carrier or accessory that does not meet their high standards. They require that the carrier or accessory be sent to them directly so they can confirm the defect and make a decision on whether to repair or replace the item.

  5. What is the shipping cost to Hawaii and to Alaska?

  6. At this point, we are shipping our packages priority mail with the United States Postal Service. So, at present, customers from Hawaii and Alaska receive the same free shipping offer as our customers from the contiguous United States.

  7. Do you ship outside the United States?

  8. Right now, we are just shipping within the U. S.

  9. If I return the carrier, do I pay for return shipping?

  10. Yes, you would pay for return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned carrier, we will refund the original purchase price. So, your only expense will be the return shipping. Please make sure you contact us before returning any items, as you will need both an RMA number and the correct shipping address.

  11. Do you offer gift wrapping or personilzed notes?

  12. We do not offer gift wrapping.

    We can have a personilzed note placed in with the order, email us what you would like the note to say after you place your order. Be sure to include the name the order was billed to in the email so that we can correctly identify the order.
