While our return rate is low, we do get a few carriers returned during our 90 day trial period. We inspect all the returned carriers to make sure they are in good shape, and offer these at a discounted price of $79 for the New Generation Ergo used carriers. These carriers still have the same 90 day money back trial, and we also offer free shipping on these carriers as well. However, with regard to the manufacturer's warranty, all used products are sold “as is” and are so not covered by any manufactuer's warranty of any kind.
